Rhum J.M XO serves as the most opulent expression from this historic estate. Produced in Macouba, Martinique, this spirit starts with fresh sugarcane juice. The cane is crushed within one hour of harvest to capture its pure essence. It is distilled in a copper column still and then aged for a total of six years. The rum spends five years in former Bourbon barrels before a final year in French oak. This finish adds a layer of elegance that defines the XO style.

In the glass, the liquid shows a striking copper tone. The nose offers a generous bouquet of candied orange zest, figs, and dates. You will also find warm notes of gingerbread and quince.
