Crafted by an award winning Tuscan winemaking team at a family run estate in the Vasto production area of Abruzzo, this sparkling white wine captures the essence of sustainable viticulture. The farming team manually harvests a unique blend of eighty five percent Pecorino and fifteen percent Riesling from certified organic vineyards. Grown in sand and limestone soils at nearly two hundred meters above sea level, these vines benefit from a cool northwest exposure. In the cellar, the grapes are pressed immediately. The juice undergoes an initial fourteen day temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. To capture its zippy and crisp signature, the wine completes its second fermentation directly in the bottle. It is then refined for an additional three months before release.

In the glass, this naturally sparkling wine opens with inviting floral aromas mixed with ripe melon and bright yellow fruit notes.
