Clarendon 10 Year Old Magnum Series Edition #2 fuses the craft of Jamaican rum with the visual art of Alex Webb. This release comes from the Clarendon Distillery, a historic producer located on the Monymusk Sugar Estate in southern Jamaica. While the distillery typically supplies major global brands, this bottling offers a rare glimpse into its pure character. It was distilled in 2010 using a column still and bears the specific MBS mark. This mark is known for a lighter, elegant style that balances intensity with finesse.

Part of the prestigious Magnum Series by La Maison and Velier, this bottle is a work of art in every sense. It features a photograph by Alex Webb, whose vibrant and complex images of the Caribbean perfectly match the spirit of the rum. The liquid is bottled at a powerful 60 percent alcohol after 10 years of aging in ex-Bourbon casks. The large 1.5 liter format makes it a centerpiece for any collection.

The nose is full and distinguished. It opens with rich scents of apricot, creamy coconut, and vanilla. As it breathes, floral notes of iris and geranium mix with noble spices like cardamom and ginger. On the palate, the rum is dynamic. Flavors of pineapple and ripe banana sit atop delicate tannins. Bright notes of candied lemon and grapefruit refresh the taste buds. The finish is long and complex. It offers sophisticated hints of anise and tobacco, ending with the comforting taste of warm cane sugar.
