Rhum J.M Blanc 55% ABV stands as a pure expression of the volcanic terroir of Martinique. Produced at the foot of Mount Pelée, this high-proof spirit captures the intense character of the estate's sugarcane. The cane is crushed within just one hour of harvest to preserve its fresh, grassy essence. It is then distilled in a Creole copper column still and rested for six months to settle.

In the glass, the aroma is potent and inviting. You will smell fresh lime zest and sweet cane flower mixed with a unique note of anise. Savory vegetal hints add depth to the nose.
