The winemakers source one hundred percent Tempranillo grapes from two exclusive, century old vineyards in Anguix and La Horra. Planted at an extreme altitude of over three thousand feet, these dry farmed vines endure harsh conditions. This struggle produces tiny, deeply concentrated fruit clusters.

During harvest, workers pick the grapes by hand and place them in small boxes. They meticulously select the best bunches vine by vine. This intense selection process repeats at the winery to guarantee absolute perfection. The juice ferments in a custom designed small tank. Afterward, the wine ages for eighteen months in a special series of entirely new French oak barrels. The master winemakers taste these barrels every single month to monitor the aging process.

In the glass, this Spanish red wine displays an intense purple color. The nose offers profound aromatic complexity.
