Cinzano 1757 Extra Dry pays tribute to the founding fathers of the distillery, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano Cinzano. Born in Piedmont in 1757, the brand has a long history of crafting fine aperitifs. This specific bottling, known as the Bottega Cinzano 1757 G.I., is a small-batch vermouth designed for connoisseurs. It undergoes a meticulous production process that takes ninety days to complete. This slow pace allows the flavors to mature and settle before bottling.

The liquid pours a pale crystal yellow with faint green reflections. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of Mediterranean herbs. You will smell notes of mint, sage, oregano, and thyme. These fresh aromas are rounded out by a touch of floral scent and spice. On the palate, the vermouth is fresh, dry, and mouth-warming. Flavors of cloves mix with a mineral wormwood note that leads to a long, pleasantly bitter finish.

This spirit is versatile enough for any bar. It blends perfectly with gin or vodka to create a crisp Martini. It is also excellent when mixed with soft drinks for a lighter option. The complex blend of botanical extracts captures the true essence of Italian tradition in every glass.
