Chateau de Pourcieux Rose stands as a beautiful example of classic French winemaking. Grown in the highly sought after Cotes de Provence region, this elegant pink wine showcases the unique soils of the Sainte Victoire mountains. The vineyard sits at an altitude of three hundred meters, where the famous Mistral wind naturally protects the vines from disease. This natural shield allows the grapes to reach perfect health and ripeness without heavy intervention.

To capture the freshest flavors, the winemaking team harvests the grapes in the cool darkness of the early morning. They carefully destem and crush a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Vermentino grapes. A short cold soak safely extracts a luminous pale pink color. The juice then rests on its lees at very cold temperatures before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. This careful method prevents oxidation and builds incredible roundness and aromatic depth.

In the glass, this dry wine shines with a delicate peach tint. The nose bursts with bright aromas of white peach, pink grapefruit, and tropical passion fruit. On the palate, drinkers will notice a rich, fruity texture perfectly balanced by a crisp and refreshing acidity. The finish is remarkably long and elegant.

Unlike mass produced pink wines, this bottle offers serious personality and structure. It serves as a flawless opening drink for your next gathering. Pour it well chilled alongside grilled white meats, fresh scallop dishes, or flavorful Asian inspired meals. Enjoy this vibrant bottle in its youth to experience the absolute peak of its fresh, fruit forward charm.
