In-house testing at USQ showed that its 21% ABV and dense sugar concentration make it an effective modifier that replaces simple syrup in classic stirred builds. Our team recommends a Pumpkin Old Fashioned: stir 2 oz rye whiskey, 0.5 oz Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, and 2 dashes aromatic bitters over ice, then strain over a large rock with an expressed orange twist.
