  1. Combine the Plymouth Gin, Suze, and Lillet Blanc in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir smoothly for 25–30 seconds until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice cubes (or up into a chilled Nick and Nora glass).
  4. Express a fresh grapefruit zest over the surface to release the aromatic oils, then rest it across the drink.
