Rhum Clement White Agricole Rum stands as a benchmark for the prestigious AOC Martinique designation. Unlike industrial rums produced from molasses, this expressive spirit is crafted from the first press of fresh sugarcane juice, known as vesou. This traditional method captures the vibrant terroir of the French Caribbean. The production process is strictly seasonal, occurring only between February and June when the cane is at its peak. After a controlled fermentation of 24 to 36 hours, the juice is distilled to a specific proof to preserve its delicate aromatic profile.

The resulting spirit is rested in stainless steel tanks for six months. This resting period allows the rum to mellow while maintaining its crystalline clarity. On the nose, it presents a sophisticated bouquet of sweet vegetal notes and subtle black tea. The palate is soft and graceful, revealing flavors of fresh-cut grass and green beans that transition into a long, herbaceous finish.
