To celebrate 200 years of history, this edition is aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks. This maturation creates a spirit with a natural color and a rich, old-fashioned mouthfeel derived from the distillery's small copper farm stills. The nose opens with inviting hints of almonds, Oloroso, and dried fruits.

On the palate, the whisky delivers sophisticated notes of spicy Christmas cake and sweet golden syrup, balanced by the flavor of honeyed almonds. The experience concludes with a mellow, warming finish marked by soft spices and oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a massive whisky from a pint-sized distillery.
