Sunny with a Chance of Flowers Sauvignon Blanc offers a refreshing and mindful approach to California white wine. Sourced from the cool, coastal vineyards of Monterey County, this wine delivers the vibrant character of the region with a lighter touch. It is crafted for those who want full flavor without the weight of higher alcohol. The winery is family-owned and committed to sustainable farming, ensuring that every bottle is as good for the land as it is for the drinker.

Winemaker Casey Di Cesare believes that great wine begins in the vineyard. He allows the grapes to hang on the vine until they reach full maturity. This extended ripening period ensures deep flavor development before harvest. Once the fruit arrives at the winery, it is fermented to complete dryness, leaving zero residual sugar. A proprietary process then gently removes a portion of the alcohol. This results in a crisp, expressive wine at just 9 percent alcohol and only 85 calories per serving.

In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc bursts with tropical energy. The nose is bright and inviting. On the palate, expect lively notes of exotic guava, crushed pineapple, and zesty ruby grapefruit. The texture is light and clean, making it incredibly easy to drink. It finishes with a refreshing snap that cleanses the palate. This wine is a perfect match for warm weather fare. Pair it with a fresh summer salad, goat cheese crostini, or a cauliflower crust Hawaiian pizza.
