A botanical spirit base derived from STILL G.I.N. anchors Dre & Snoop's Hard Iced Tea & Lemonade, distinguishing it from standard malt- or neutral-cane-based ready-to-drink beverages. Rather than relying on heavy syrups or artificial sweeteners, this 5.9% ABV variety pack balances brewed tea extracts, real citrus oils, and stone fruit purees with the subtle cucumber, mandarin, and botanical backbone of vacuum-distilled gin. Carbonated lightly for a clean texture, the profile avoids the cloying, coating finish common to industrial flavored malt beverages.
Palate weight is light-to-medium across all four expressions, driven by crisp fruit acid and structured black tea tannins. The classic Iced Tea and Peach Iced Tea lean into drying black tea leaves, with the latter adding ripe, juicy stone fruit flesh; the Pink Lemonade and Tea & Lemonade (half-and-half) deliver bright, tart lemon zest backed by fine effervescence and faint floral jasmine from the gin base. In-house testing at USQ showed the citrus acidity cuts through rich, savory barbecue fare exceptionally well.
