Alpha Estate Aghia Kiriaki Assyrtiko 2023 is a focused, single-block white wine from the highlands of northwestern Greece. It is 100% Assyrtiko, sourced from the "Aghia Kiriaki" vineyard. This high-altitude site has sandy, well-drained soils that contribute to the wine's complex profile.

Winemaker Angelos Iatridis uses precise methods to capture the grape's character. The process includes a 16-hour skin contact period to build aroma and texture. Fermentation is in stainless steel, followed by eight months of aging "sur lies" with regular stirring. This aging develops the wine's rich, creamy feel while keeping it crisp.

The wine is a bright straw-yellow color. It has an intense, complex nose of citrus, flowers, and white stone fruits. The palate shows excellent structure, balancing its creamy texture with a crisp, long, and persistent finish.
