Agua Magica is an ultra-premium sipping mezcal that captures the soul of a single, mythical village: San Juan del Río, Oaxaca. Maestro Mezcalero Rogelio Juan Hernandez uses only ancestral methods, from cooking the agave with banana leaves and grinding it with a stone tahona to fermenting in open wooden vats. This meticulous process creates a mezcal with a stunningly complex character. It unfolds with aromas of cooked agave, banana, and almonds, leading to a smooth, fresh palate with layers of citrus, caramel, and peach.
