  • 5 oz Tomato Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.33 oz Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • Pinch Salt
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Red Chili
  • Parsley or Celery Sprig
  • Cajun Spice (for rim)

Instructions

  1. Rim a highball glass with Cajun spice.
  2. Combine the Absolut Tabasco, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a shaker.
  3. Add ice and "roll" the mixture (pour back and forth between tins) to mix gently without over-diluting.
  4. Strain into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge, red chili, and a sprig of parsley or celery.
