  • 1.0 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1.0 oz Gin
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Peel

Instructions

  1. Pour the Amaro Montenegro, sweet vermouth, gin, and Angostura bitters directly into a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass to the brim with fresh ice.
  3. Stir gently until the cocktail is well-chilled and properly diluted.
  4. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the drink and drop it in to garnish.
