      Ingredients

      • 2.00 oz (59 mL)
        Montelobos - Espadin Joven Mezcal 750ml
        Montelobos - Espadin Joven Mezcal 750ml

      Other Ingredients

      • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
      • 3.0 oz Grapefruit Soda
      • Chili-lime Salt or Tajin
      • Grapefruit Wedge

      Instructions

      1. Rim the edge of a tall highball glass with a lime wedge and dip delicately into chili-lime salt or Tajín.
      2. Add the Montelobos Espadín Mezcal and fresh lime juice directly into the prepared glass.
      3. Fill the glass completely with ice.
      4. Top with grapefruit soda (and an optional splash of soda water if a less sweet profile is desired).
      5. Stir gently to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation.
      6. Garnish neatly with a fresh grapefruit wedge or slice.
