Dead Rabbit - Irish Whiskey 750ml
0.5 oz (15 mL)

0.70 oz Lemon Juice
0.70 oz Rich Simple Syrup

Instructions

Muddle two slices of fresh cucumber in the base of a cocktail shaker to release their juices.
Add The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish neatly with a fresh cucumber slice.
