Grand Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz (44 mL)
  • 0.75 oz (22 mL)

Other Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Agave nectar
  • Salt and Lime Wheel for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a wide, shallow dish with a thin layer of fine sea salt.
  2. Rub a cut lime wedge around the rim of an elegant coupette or rocks glass.
  3. Hold the glass upside down and delicately dip the wet edge into the salt to create a crisp rim.
  4. Combine the Espolon Tequila, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker filled with plenty of ice.
  5. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
  6. Double strain the liquid into your prepared glassware.
  7. Garnish neatly with a fresh lime wheel or peel.
