  • 0.5 oz Olive Brine
  • 2-3 Green Pitted Olives

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass or coupe in the freezer.
  2. Thread the green olives onto a cocktail pick and set aside.
  3. Combine the Quarter Proof Three Grain Spirit, dry vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  4. Stir gently but firmly until the outside of the mixing glass feels frosty cold.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass and garnish with
    the olive skewer.
