  • 1.0 oz Club Soda
  • Lemon Wheel
  • Skewered Green Olive

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass to the brim with fresh ice.
  2. Pour in Cynar followed by chilled Prosecco.
  3. Stir gently—no more than five rotations—to integrate without losing carbonation.
  4. Top with club soda.
