  • 3 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 oz Hot Water
  • 1 Lemon Wheel
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  1. Pre-heat a tempered glass mug or ceramic toddy mug with hot water, then discard.
