  • 4.0 oz Iced Green Tea
  • 2.0 oz Silver Rum
  • 0.5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Wedge

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey simple syrup by mixing equal parts honey and water over low heat until dissolved; let cool.
  2. Combine the iced green tea, vodka (or silver rum), honey simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Place the Lychee Boba Pops at the bottom of a highball glass.
  5. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
  6. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass.
  7. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a wide boba straw.
