  • 1 Teaspoon Water
  • Orange Twist for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar, bitters, and water into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and add the Blue Note Wheated Straight Bourbon.
  4. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well-chilled.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
