THE ELITE DISTINCTION
What is a Cru Classé Rosé?
In Provence, thousands of estates produce pink wine, but only eighteen hold the prestigious Cru Classé title. This historic designation recognizes exceptional terroir, elite craftsmanship, and consistent world-class quality. Out East is estate-grown and bottled at Domaine de La Croix, the largest of these rare properties. Nestled on 110 hectares overlooking the Mediterranean, this bottle represents the true summit of southern French winemaking.
Shaped by the Mediterranean Coast
Volcanic Micaschist
The vines sink deep into shallow, ancient micaschist soils. Strong sea
winds and intense coastal sun inject a brilliant, energetic focus into the
grapes.
Picked at First Light
To protect the delicate fruit, the estate team harvests the grapes
entirely at night and at dawn. This preserves vibrant fruit flavors and raw
freshness.
Zero Added Sugar
A masterful blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Rolle.
Aged on the fine lees for a silky texture, this sustainable release is bone-dry
and beautifully precise.
Luminous pale pink with rose gold hues. Expressive aromas of ripe peach,
red berries, and bright citrus lead to a medium-bodied, balanced palate.
Finishes with an energetic acidity and a lightly savory, clean seaside lift.
Sunset. Salt Air. Good Friends. A Slow Pour.
That’s the real process. Ready for a mini-vacation?
