The Produttori del Barbaresco, a cooperative revered for its commitment to the Nebbiolo grape, stands as a defining force in Piedmont. In only the most exemplary vintages, the Produttori isolate grapes from their nine historic Cru sites for the celebrated Riserva line. The Rabajà Cru is a paradigm of perfect balance, renowned for harmonizing elegance with structure. Its small, south-west facing vineyard is rooted in calcareous limestone soil with sandy veins, producing fruit of singular concentration.

The 2019 vintage is characterized by medium body, intense mineral and spicy aromas, and balanced tannins. The winemaking adheres to tradition: a long 28-day skin contact period is followed by an extended maturation of at least 30 months in large Slavonian oak casks, plus nine months of bottle rest. This extended aging allows the wine to develop the Rabajà Cru's signature complex and elegant character. The final wine features silky tannins and an intense dark fruit finish, promising a powerful structure and a longevity of 25 years. This Riserva is an essential expression of Barbaresco excellence.
