Since its founding in 1958, the Produttori's non-cru bottling has served as the benchmark for quality and typicity, perfectly synthesizing the diverse expressions of this storied terroir.

The 2021 vintage is heralded as an excellent year, yielding structured, complex, and age-worthy wines. The season benefited from ample winter water reserves, followed by a long, mild summer and crucial cool nights in late September. This ideal temperature swing ensured optimal phenolic maturity in the Nebbiolo grapes. This wine is the result of assembling fruit from diverse vineyards, which share the classic clay-calcareous soil of the region. Fermentation is traditional, conducted in stainless steel with a long, controlled maceration of 28 days on the skins. The wine then matures for 20 months in large, 50 hectoliter oak casks, achieving a medium body, mature red fruit, and beautifully balanced tannins. With a longevity of up to 20 years, this Barbaresco is built to last.
