The hearts of the agave are steamed in traditional masonry ovens for forty-eight hours to develop a deep natural sweetness.

What truly sets this tequila apart is the use of a two-ton volcanic tahona stone. This massive wheel gently crushes the agave fibers to unlock complex flavors. Following a natural fermentation in open wooden vats, the liquid is double distilled to proof in small copper pot stills. This ensures that the robust agave essence is never diluted by added water.
