When our team poured this in-house at USQ, its rounded weight held up exceptionally well neat, on a large rock, or stirred into a classic cocktail. For game night, our team recommends a full New York Sour build: 2 oz bourbon, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, and ¾ oz simple syrup shaken over ice, strained into a rocks glass, and finished with a float of dry red wine.
