Jose Michel Chapitre Pinot Meunier Brut NV is a brilliant expression of tradition and terroir. Crafted by Antonin Michel in the village of Moussy, this elegant champagne captures the true essence of the Meunier grape. The estate spans seven hectares across the Cotes d Epernay and the Marne Valley. Here, rich clay soils provide the perfect foundation for growing exceptional fruit. As a seventh generation grower, Antonin refines the legendary work of his grandfather. The estate holds the top Level 3 High Environmental Value certification, ensuring sustainable and mindful farming practices.

This non vintage brut is meticulously crafted. It combines ninety percent of the 2021 harvest with ten percent of reserve wine from 2020. The reserve portion is carefully kept in oak barrels to build complex, layered flavors. After blending, the champagne rests in a mix of stainless steel and large six hundred liter oak casks. It undergoes full malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity. A low dosage of three to four grams per liter allows the wine to remain crisp and sharply focused.
