Unlike standard fruit liqueurs that are back-sweetened with heavy corn syrups and finish cloying, this formulation maintains low residual viscosity, leaving the palate clean, crisp, and unweighted.
Aromatically, candied honeydew melon, cantaloupe rind, and sweet cucumber water lift cleanly from the glass. The palate enters with light-to-medium physical weight, delivering soft melon flesh and honeydew cream that quickly tighten into a crisp, neutral alcohol snap on the mid-palate.
