Las Jaras Superbloom Cuvee Zero Zero 2025 is a vibrant celebration of California winemaking. Named after the beautiful wildflowers that blanket the desert after winter rains, this wine resists simple categories. While some might call it a pink wine, the makers consider this eighth vintage to be a highly refreshing, pale red. It stands out from competitors by offering incredible freshness and a chilled drinking appeal.
This exciting blend features seventy nine percent Grenache Noir, thirteen percent Carignan, six percent Chenin Blanc, and two percent Vermentino. The fruit comes from organic and regenerative vineyards across Lodi and Mendocino. The winemaking team uses completely natural methods without any additions in the cellar. They co-ferment the red and white grapes using a mix of carbonic maceration and a unique method combining crushed grapes with pressed juice. The wine ferments with native yeasts, ages in tanks, and is bottled completely unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfur.
In the glass, the wine opens with striking aromas of salted watermelon, rhubarb, and white cherry. Because the blend focuses heavily on early picked Grenache, it delivers bright red fruit flavors and subtle spice. The white grapes add exotic aromas and a lively texture. It finishes with a clean, mineral edge that leaves you ready for another sip. Serve this completely natural California table wine chilled to enjoy during golden hour gatherings or summer nights.
