Las Jaras Superbloom Cuvee Zero Zero 2025 is a vibrant celebration of California winemaking. Named after the beautiful wildflowers that blanket the desert after winter rains, this wine resists simple categories. This exciting blend features seventy nine percent Grenache Noir, thirteen percent Carignan, six percent Chenin Blanc, and two percent Vermentino. They co-ferment the red and white grapes using a mix of carbonic maceration and a unique method combining crushed grapes with pressed juice. The wine ferments with native yeasts, ages in tanks, and is bottled completely unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfur.
