Domaine La Clef Du Recit Quincy 2022 is a classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. It comes from the Quincy appellation, a historic region that was the very first in the Loire to receive AOC status in 1936.

Dynamic young winemaker Anthony Girard farms his 2-hectare plot sustainably, holding an HVE 3 certification and using no herbicides. The vineyard's sandy, gravelly, and siliceous clay soils on the banks of the Cher River provide a unique terroir.

To protect its fresh character, this wine is vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It then rests on its fine lees for four months, a process that adds a lovely texture. The result is an aromatic white wine. It shows notes of bright citrus, like grapefruit, along with white flowers and a hint of pepper. The palate is fresh and fruity, balanced by a clean, mineral finish.
